The conference has reserved a block of rooms at the Guest House. Space is limited, available on a first come, first served basis. Make sure to mention “IMMS10” or “IMMS Chemistry Conference.” You may cancel your reservation up until August 1st, but you must notify the UCLA Guest House via email (rmcphee@ha.ucla.edu), with a cc to conference admin (hotz@chem.ucla.edu) to release your room without a penalty.
Rates (flat rate, no tax):
We will be reserving single rooms in our campus dorms. Includes breakfast.
This will be an add-on cost during registration payment. There will be an add-on for each individual night that you would like to purchase (Sunday through Thursday night, September 9-13, 2018). The average rate is $117 per night, it is not likely that this rate will change, but we will update this price if it changes prior to registration. These rooms are available on a first come first served basis and this reservation will not be refundable or modifiable.
