Registration Fees and Information about Add-Ons:

Graduate Student Registration is $400, and Early Bird Registration is $700 (until August 3rd). This fee provides access to all days of the conference, including coffee breaks, lunches, a welcoming reception, and a banquet.

**All Add-ons must be purchased by August 1st, and they must be purchased at the same time as your conference registration fee payment.**

Campus Dorm Housing: If you wish to reserve a spot in the UCLA dorms (a single room that includes a daily breakfast), you must pay for your room as an add-on. Please make sure to add every night that you would like reserve a room for; i.e. If you are arriving Monday and leaving Thursday afternoon, you should add the nights of Sept. 10, 11, and 12. Dorm reservations close August 1st, 2018. You can find alternative accommodation options on our lodging page.

Banquet (extra ticket): If you are attending the conference, your banquet seat is already included in the price of your conference registration fee. You may purchase an additional banquet ticket for a guest that is not attending the conference. The banquet will be held Wednesday Evening.

Excursion: The Tuesday evening excursion add-on will include transportation to and from UCLA Campus, and a ticket to the Hollywood Bowl to see a classical performance by the LA Philharmonic. A boxed dinner will also be provided, which you will be able to enjoy prior to the performance in one of the Hollywood Bowl’s beautiful picnic areas.
