Temperatures can range from about 35 Fahrenheit down to about 20F (-5C) during Polar Bear High Season. Although tundra buggies and buses are heated, the warmth goes out the windows when they open each time a polar bear or three wander within camera range. Also, sometimes things go wrong. You can get caught in a whiteout and run out of the propane they use to heat the t-buggies. A flaky tundra bus driver may forget to load a full supply of propane which happened last time I was up there. You will be very comfortable if you come prepared with adequate clothing, potentially miserable if you don't.
