This is a list of the more famous people living in the Neighborhood. They may or may not effect the characters.

Allison, James: James Allison has been running Doyle's for just about as long as anyone can remember. Though a powerful thaumaturge in his own right, Allison is just as likely to lead with his fists as he is with a spell.

Bretz, Mike: The most puissant wizard in San Cibola, Mike Bretz has powers greater than 100 voodoo priests. He tends to keep to himself, so not much is know about him. In person he.s crude, unfashionable, and quick to anger.

Chu, Sheng Kai: There is, in San Cibola, as in many cities, a district called Chinatown, home to tongs and triads, parades and ancient mysticism. Chief among the factions residing there is the illustrious and mostly legitimate Red Moon Triad, helmed by Chu Sheng Kai. More than a Triad leader, Chu is also a businessman, a thaumaturge, and a curiously long-lived do-gooder.

Crowe, Alex: Dean of History at the University.

di Lessa, Alessandro: Alleged head of the di Lessa crime family as well as CEO of any number of legitimate businesses.

Embellyn, Emerson: Lord Embellyn is the representative of Fey interests at Doyle's. He is also on the Neighborhood Disciplinary Committee.

McCullen, Circe: She is a famous folk-musician who made it big in the 80's. With the change of the millennium she made a hugely successful come back. She again tours the world but makes San Cibola her home.

Salis: Bartender at Doyle's. There isn't a drink he can't mix.

Stafford, Audrey: Headmistress of the Clearwater Academy for Magical Studies. She is also on the Neighborhood Disciplinary Committee.

Stonehill, Robert: Known as the 'Middle Man' he acts as a trouble shooter and negotiator. He is able to find paths between any two points in time, space, even dimension.

Truman, Maximilian: Quite possibly the riches man in the city. Nicknamed 'The Donald Trump of the West'. He is very Norman.
