First Time at Pauley Pavilion

This is my first visit to Pauley Pavilion. Cal lost the game 66-49. Better days will be ahead for both teams. By the way, does anyone know how to erase the scoreboard from this picture? This is the half-time score and Cal only had 14 points. It's humiliating!!!

From left to right are 4 of the 5 starters for Cal: small forward Marquise Kately (Pac-10 All-Freshman), center Amit Tamir (Senior), power forward Leon Powe (All-Pac-10, Pac-10 Freshman of the Year, and 2nd Team Freshman All-American), and point guard Ayinde Ubaka (Pac-10 All-Freshman Honorable Mention). Richard Midgley is the other starter missing from this photo.

Friends Rooting for my Enemy

One of our UCLA fans was WAY too happy, laughing, clapping, and screaming. Cal's offense was absolutely pitiful on the night against UCLA, scoring 14 points at the half. Hopefully the match next year will be more exciting, win or lose, for either team. GO BEARS!
