International Conference on Theoretical Aspects of Catalysis

June 24 - 28, 2018. UCLA campus, Los Angeles, California, USA.

This conference, started in 1986, is dedicated to theory and modeling in catalysis, with just a few selected experimental talks. Several major areas of catalysis will be covered, including heterogeneous catalysis, electrocatalysis, photo-catalysis, homogeneous catalysis, and enzymatic catalysis. We additionally welcome theoretical developments, such as modern electronic structure theory and statistical mechanics, which allow tackling previously inaccessible to theory catalytic processes, complex systems, and realistic conditions of catalysis.

There will be invited lectures, contributed talks, and poster presentations.

Important dates: The general abstract submission is now closed. However, we continue considering applications for poster presentations until June 4 (without a possibility to book on-campus housing). Extended registration deadline - April 27, 2018.
