There are two basic types of tubings used in the lab: thick-walled tubing (left side) and thin-walled tubing (right side). The thick-walled tubing is mainly used for pressure and vacuum application since it is more resistant. The thin-walled tubing is used as water hoses and to connect gas tanks with setups.
