Part 1. UCLA General Application:
This is self-explanatory and is required by the University. Be sure to choose "Biochemistry and Molecular Biology" as the Major from the drop-down menu on the registration page. The BMSB supplement can only be reached via this site.

Part 2. The Biochemistry BMSB Supplement:
Here we give you the opportunity to tell us more about yourself and your background. As part of this supplement be sure to contact three individuals who can judge your potential for a research degree. You will be asked to have them send their recommendations to us and you will also provide us their contact information.
