Note: July 19 is our arrival and registration day. The meeting will begin promptly in the morning of July 20, and continue through the evening of July 24. We recommend the departure on either on a late flight on July 24 or on July 25.

Location:

This meeting will be held in Hawaii on the beautiful island of Kauai, also known as the "Garden Isle". Official website of the island: Kauai.com. The conference style is "Gordon-like", with free time in the afternoons and also one day being completely free, for the participants and their families to enjoy the island.
Conference Site and Accomodations:

The conference will take place in Sheraton Coconut Beach Resort. We suggest that attendees stay in the vicinity of the conference venue. There are more affordable hotels nearby.

Transportation:
The airport of the island is Lihue Airport (http://hawaii.gov/lih) Flights to Hawaiian Islands layover through Honolulu International Airport. There a few direct flights from the main-land US to Lihue as well. SpeediShuttle provides shared ride airport transportation in Mercedes shuttles at a per person rate of $14.00 one way, $26.00 round trip (10% discount on return when booked together) between Lihue Airport and the Courtyard Kauai @ Coconut Beach. Guests with prearranged arrival reservations are met by their driver in the baggage claim area, then walked to their waiting shuttle. Vehicle amenities include conplementary Wi-Fi. Book HERE.
