Hill Side: Located on the southern edge of Little Tokyo and the Japanese enclave, this up-and-coming yuppie area is noted for its new development projects attracting those with newly discovered money.
- Miriam K. Langley Statuary: This modest sized park contains a number of statues by M K Langley. Her work has been described as grotesque, vivid, pseudo-realistic, and wonderfully strange. This tourist attraction rotates her estates collection of fine life-sized statues.
- Magic Emporium: This is a rather large magic and novelty store.
- Franklin Observatory: Technically not in Hill Side, but rather, further east into the hills surrounding San Cibola, this observatory and national park welcomes many visitors.
- The Igloo: The home of the San Cibola Freeze, the professional hockey team.
- Inspiration Point: This is a fairly famous section of the Hill Side Park that overlooks the city. This spectacular view is a favorite place for weddings and stargazing.
