Oceanview: Sometimes called the Water Front by tourist, it is one of the most touristy sections of the city; this section is just South of the Canal District. Residents include a large number of people from Te'Maro, a small South Pacific Island that has a deep and rich culture.
- Wax Museum: Easily rivaling Madame Tussaud's wax creations, this museum contains a number of famous and infamous personas in its collection.
- SC Aquarium: A fare sized aquarium. Its charter includes research as well as the promotion of education and preservation. The institute connected with the aquarium focuses on large picture aqua-ecology. It does include a small division in oceanic farming.
- Boardwalk: The boardwalk is a popular section of the city for tourists and residents alike. The numerous shops and stores litter the streets making it a fun, day long experience.
- Haile Haipulle: The religious center of the Te'Maroan community. It boasts of having one of the best botanical gardens (both indoors and out) with some of the rarest plant life found in the pacific.
