San Juan: Also called Spanish Town, sports a the growing population of immigrants (legal or otherwise) from Mexico and other Central American countries. At one time this section was populated with grand haciendas and ranches. Now it has a mish-mash of grand villas and shantytowns.
- Howard Reese House: Not to be confused with the Howard Reese Estate. This Victorian home once owned by Howard Reese was passed on to Ian Rosewood.
- Pacific Vista Hotel: The Pacific Vista Hotel used to be a Spanish mission that overlooked the long strip of land that eventually became Ocean View. The owners of the hotel decided to keep the general look and feel of the building.s Spanish heritage while at the same time showing off its upscale finery. As a result it has become one of the better know upscale hotels.
- San Juan Mission: Also called 'The Mission', this is building is one of the earliest structures of the city. While the location is not the original most of the building is as it was moved brick by brick.
