Introduction:

The purpose of the Mentor/Mentee Program is to provide a personal and professional experience for the participants. It is an interactive process that creates a sharing and supportive relationship between experienced upperclassmen, graduate students (peer advisors) and lower-class students. We strongly believe that students learn and gain insight from peers or advisors and that will be definitely helpful to their personal growth and academic and career development.

Objectives:

• To enhance students’ knowledge and personal growth through direct interactionwith seniors/graduate students/peer advisors.
• To broaden students’ perspective towards the community of Chemistry/Biochemistry.
• To assist with students’ academic and career goal development.
